E-Commerce Inventory Management
This screen shows, for the products you sell online, the CIRMS stock and how much is available to sell online. Use it to push stock levels to your online stores.

How to update online stock
E-Commerce › E-Commerce Inventory Management › Inventory Sync (and E-Commerce › E-Commerce Inventory Management › Create Inventory Adjust to correct stock)
- Open E-Commerce › E-Commerce Inventory Management, and choose the Branch and Location that supply your online orders.
- Filter by Inventory Status (for example Out Of Stock) and click Search.
- Check each product's Inventory, On Hold Qty (reserved for orders not yet shipped) and Available Qty.
- Click Inventory Sync to send the available quantities to the online stores.
If the CIRMS stock itself is wrong, use Create Inventory Adjust to correct it. Choose Proceed to save the adjustment as a draft, or Proceed and Approve to apply it straight away.
Example
You have 120 Wireless Mouse – Black in the online branch but want to keep 20 for walk-in customers. Here you see the CIRMS stock of 120 and set 100 to be available online, then push it: Shopee shows 100 in stock, so the shop never sells what you don't want to ship.
