POS Reports
Sales and activity at the POS terminals.

Click a report to see what it's for, an example, its filters and what each column means.
| Report | Use it to |

| POS Sales Report | Shows each day's POS sales per terminal, with the day's total, from the sales the terminals sent to CIRMS. |
| POS Transaction Report | Lists every POS receipt with its terminal, OR number, cashier, customer, total, discounts' ID details, promotion and void status. |
| Detail POS Sales Report | Lists every product line of every POS receipt: the receipt details plus product, quantity, prices, discounts, cost and profit. |
| POS Discounted Summary Report | Lists the POS sales lines that got a discount (senior, PWD, solo parent, national athlete, promotion, withholding tax or non-VAT), with the original price, discount and ID details. |
| POS Average Terminal Summary Report | Summarises a branch's POS activity on one page: number of terminals, total terminal sales, average customers and average sales per terminal, and total voids and refunds. |
| Category POS Sales Report | Shows POS sales per category for a period: quantity, amount and profit, with totals. |
| Parent Category POS Sales Report | Shows POS sales per parent category for a period, with quantity, cost, amount, profit and profit percentage. |
| POS Collection Summary Report | Shows, per branch and terminal, how many payments were received and how much, in total and for each payment method. |
| POS Collection Detail Report | Lists every POS payment with its receipt, cashier, customer and payment details (method, account, check, gift check, bank). |
| POS Salesman Report | Shows POS sales per salesman, grouped by salesman (each receipt with customer and amount) or by product (quantity and lowest, average and highest price). |
| POS Approval Log | Lists every action at the POS that needed a supervisor's approval (void, reprint, discount, open drawer, refund, non-VAT and so on), with who asked and who approved. |
| POS Audit Trail | Shows the activity logs sent by each POS terminal, per branch, location and terminal, with a log viewer and export. |
