Customer Product Summary Report

Shows, for each customer and product, the latest price you sold at (with its unit) and the lowest and highest prices ever charged.

Menu: Reports › Partner Reports › Customer Product Summary Report

What it's for

Use it before quoting a customer, so you offer the price they're used to, and to check that customers aren't charged very different prices for the same product. The prices are the customer's price history that CIRMS keeps from their sales.

Example

ABC Grocery calls for 20 cases of Softdrink 1.5 L. The salesman filters the customer and product: Latest Price 640.00 per case on 2 May, Lowest Price 615.00, Highest Price 650.00. He quotes 640.00.
