Collection Due Warning
Lists the sales customers haven't fully paid yet, with what was collected, what was returned, the amount remaining, the due date and the days overdue.

What it's for
Use it to follow up customers who owe you money. The due date is the transaction date plus the customer's Term. Choose a customer, all customers or all walk-in customers; tick All Transactions to include sales that aren't due yet.
ABC Grocery has a sales outbound of 25,000.00 from 1 March with 30 days' term: collected 10,000.00, returns 1,200.00, Remaining 13,800.00, 15 Days Overdue. The collector calls the customer and records the payment in Collection.
Options on the screen
- From / To, the branch and the customer (or all customers, or all walk-in customers).
- All Transactions: include sales not yet due.
- At the bottom: No. of Transactions, Total Amount, Total Collected Amount and Total Remaining.
Columns

| Sheet Number | The transaction's sheet number; click it to open the transaction. |
| Amount | The sale's total amount. |
| Collected Amount | Amount already collected. |
| Return Amount | Value of goods the customer returned against this sale. |
| Redeemed Return Amount | Part of the returns already used to reduce a collection. |
| Remaining | Amount still to collect. |
| Term | Payment term, in days. |
| Days Overdue | Days past the due date. |
| Due Date | Transaction date + term. |
| Memo | The product memo. |
