Summarises a branch's money for a date range: collections from regular sales and from down payments, in cash and other tenders, other expenses, other income, and the resulting cash balance.

What it's for​

Use it for the daily cash report sent to the head office: Cash Balance is the cash collected minus cash expenses plus cash income, which should match the cash deposited or kept. Click > to expand Gross Amount into Regular Sales and Down Payments.

Example

Branch A for 30 September: Gross Amount cash 42,000.00 and other tender 8,500.00, Other Expense 1,200.00 in cash (delivery fuel), Cash Balance 40,800.00. The branch deposits 40,800.00 the next morning.

Options on the screen​

  • Branch and From / To. The report has three columns: Cash, Other Tender and Total.
