Product View Information
A quick look-up screen: scan or type a product's barcode to see its details, prices and stock, for example to answer a customer's question on the shop floor.
Menu: Others › Product View Information
How to look up a product
Required permission
Others › Product View Information › View
- Open Others › Product View Information.
- Scan or type the barcode in Product Barcode and click Search.
Use 🔧 (Column Settings) to choose which details are shown, and 📱 (Mobile View) for a phone-friendly layout.
Example
A customer asks the price of an item without a tag. A staff member scans its barcode here on a phone and sees the product's name, price and stock.
