Price Adjustment Schedule

A price adjustment schedule sets new prices for products and applies them automatically on the Effectivity Date, for example to start a price increase on the first of next month.

How to schedule a price change​

Others › Price Adjustment Schedule › Create
  1. Open Others › Price Adjustment Schedule and click ⊕ (Add New Transaction).
  2. Choose the Effectivity Date (when the new prices start), and check Created For, Request by and Remarks.
  3. Add the products (by Scan, the product selector, or Import Excel), and enter the new Purchase Price, Wholesale, Retail and Price A–Price E.
  4. Click Save ▾ and choose Save or Approve.

Only approved schedules are applied. The list shows each schedule's Schedule Status and Effectivity Date.

Example​

A supplier announces a price increase from 1 July. On 20 June the pricing officer creates a schedule with Effectivity Date 1 July for its 35 products, with the new Purchase Price and Retail prices, approves it and prints it for the stores to prepare new shelf tags. On 1 July the prices change automatically.
