Member Product Report

Shows which products one member (or all members) bought at the POS, with quantity, amount and profit.

What it's for

Use it to understand your loyalty customers: what regular members buy, for targeted promotions, or to answer a member's question about past purchases.

Example

Marketing selects the member Maria Santos and sees she buys Baby Diapers Large every two weeks. They send her a promotion for the next size up.

Options on the screen

• Member: one member, or all members.

Filters

Click Filters to narrow the report. You can filter by:

Barcode, Product, Category, All Members.

Columns

Column	What it shows
Product	The product name.
Qty	Quantity on the line.
Cost	Cost of the quantity bought.
Price	Average price paid.
Amount	Line amount: quantity × price.
Profit	Amount minus cost.
