Item Price History Report
Lists every change to a product's purchase price, selling prices or package prices: who changed it, when, and the old and new value.

What it's for
Use it to check price changes, answer "since when is this price?" questions, and find unauthorised or mistaken changes. Changes are logged however they were made: on the product screen, by Excel update or by a price adjustment schedule.
A cashier says Coffee 3-in-1 rang up at 8.50 instead of 9.00. The supervisor filters the product and Price Type Selling Price: on 14 May user jdelacruz changed it from 9.00 to 8.50 in branch A only. She corrects the price and asks why.
Filters
Click Filters to narrow the report. You can filter by:
Branch, User, Product Name, Product Barcode, Brand, Category Tag, Trans. Date, Price Type.
Columns
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Product | The product name. |
| Parent Category | The category one level above the product's category. |
| User | Who changed it. |
| Price Type | Which price changed: purchase, selling (retail), wholesale, or price A–E. |
| Old Value | The price before the change. |
| New Value | The price after the change. |
| Date Updated | When it was changed. |
