Product Location Inventory Report
Shows each product's stock in every location (for example Store, Warehouse, Stockroom) of the selected branches, one column per location.
Menu: Reports › Product Reports › Product Location Inventory Report
What it's for
Use it to see where in a branch the stock physically is, for example to refill the store shelves from the warehouse, or to check a location before a stock count.
A supervisor selects her branch in Branches and its two Locations, Store and Warehouse. Detergent 1 kg shows 3 in Store and 96 in Warehouse, so she asks the warehouse to bring 24 to the store.
Options on the screen
- Branches and Locations: the branches and the locations to show as columns.
Filters
Click Filters to narrow the report. You can filter by:
Stock No., Unit Barcode, Name, Chinese Name, Status, Default Supplier, Supplier, Category Tag, Category, Brand, Date Created, Last Modified, Group Type, Inventory Status.
Columns

| Product | The product name. |
| Supplier | The product's default supplier. |
| Parent Category | The category one level above the product's category. |
| Total | Stock in all the selected locations added up. |
