Member Rate
A member rate is a membership level, for example Silver 5% or Gold 10%. Each Member is assigned one rate, which decides their discount at the POS.

How to add a member rate

Open Data › Member Rate and click ⊕ (Add New Member Rate).

Enter the Name and optional Memo, and tick Active.

On the Member Rate Detail tab, add one row per bracket and click ✔ at the end of the row to add it:
Column What to enter Amount From / Amount To The purchase amount range the row applies to. Date From / Date To Optional: only during this period (for example a promotion month). Discount The member discount, in %. Amount per Point How much the member spends to earn one point. Category Optional: limit the row to some product categories. -
On the Member Rate Branches tab, click Branch Selector, tick the branches where the rate applies and click Add.

Click Save.
The rates are sent to the POS terminals of the chosen branches, which apply them when a member card is scanned.
Example. Gold member rate for all stores: one row with Amount From 0, Amount To 999,999, Discount 5 and Amount per Point 100: a Gold member gets 5% off and earns 1 point per 100.00 spent. For December, a second row with the dates 1–31 December and Amount per Point 50 gives double points.
