How to add a record
-
Open Data › UOM.
-
In the empty row at the bottom of the list, fill in:
Field What to enter Code A short code. Name The unit name (required). Remarks Optional notes. -
Click ✔ at the end of the row to save it.
To change a record, edit it in the list and click ✔ (requires Data › UOM › Update). To delete one, click 🗑 (requires Data › UOM › Delete). You can't delete a record that's already in use.
To add many records at once, use Import in the toolbar (requires Data › UOM › Import Excel).
Example. Add PC (piece), BOX, CASE and KG. A product counted in pieces gets Default Unit PC; on its Unit tab you add BOX = 24 PC and CASE = 96 PC, so it can be bought by the case and sold by the piece or box.
