Product Tag

Tags are free labels you can put on products, for example New Arrival or Promo. Use them to filter products and reports.

Menu: Data › Product Tag

How to add a record​

Required permission
Data › Product Tag › Create

  1. Open Data › Product Tag.

  2. In the empty row at the bottom of the list, fill in:

    FieldWhat to enter
    CodeA short code.
    NameThe tag (required).
    RemarksOptional notes.

  3. Click ✔ at the end of the row to save it.

To change a record, edit it in the list and click ✔ (requires Data › Product Tag › Update). To delete one, click 🗑 (requires Data › Product Tag › Delete). You can't delete a record that's already in use.

Example. Create the tag Christmas 2025 and add it to 80 seasonal products on their Product Tags tab. In January, filter the product list and the sales reports by Product Tag Christmas 2025 to see what sold and what's left.
